What To Expect
Welcome! We’re glad you’re interested in Beulah
A few things about us that you will experience: we’re a welcoming, Christ-filled family of United Methodists. This means that when you come here, you can expect to be greeted with open arms. The motto of the United Methodist Church is “Open doors. Open hearts. Open minds.” and you’ll find an open community here. To know and learn more about United Methodism, check out our handbook.
We’re followers of Christ and preach the Gospel, the Good News. God sent Jesus to Earth to teach, preach, suffer, die and be resurrected, all to show God’s love and grace to each of us. We’re living in this grace, this marvelous free gift, every day at Beulah. Christ is why we’re here and what we’re about.
And we’re United Methodists! This means that we’re a part of a global church that seeks to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. We do this as we seek a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ, share God’s love with others, and serve God by serving others both here and across the world. We believe church to be a verb, and that’s why you’ll find Beulah members all over Chesterfield County and Richmond spreading the Good News of Christ.
Grace to you,
Pastor Keith Mottley, Pastor Marti Ringenbach and the family of Beulah
